How long will the workouts take me?
The workouts will take you 15 minutes or less.
What if I can’t perform the workout exercises?
The workout videos will showcase the exercises as well as modifications for all levels.
What is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini yoga offers movement, breathwork and meditation in one 60 minute session. It is known as the yoga of awareness and is meant for all levels.
How long will each module take me?
Each week will take you about 2.5 hours. You have 2-15 minute workouts, 1 60 minutes yoga session and a 10 minute daily meditation practice. The pre-recorded lesson videos with journal prompts are 15 minutes or less and your weekly LIVE group calls will last 30 minutes or less. You have access to all the videos on your platform, so you can schedule all of the above during a time that works best for you throughout the week. You don’t have to jam it all in one day, I don’t recommend that! Spread out that 2.5 hours throughout your week!
What if I can’t make the LIVE Group Call?
No worries, the live group call will be recorded and uploaded to the module platform so you can watch it when it’s convenient for you!
