Hi, I'm Ursula and I’m a recovering control freak. I made it my job to do everything for everyone else and put myself last! Juggling my coaching business, hosting workshops for moms, and acting as the CEO of my household, I lost touch with the most important person in my life - ME.

For me, it was the heart-wrenching loss of my mother that became a catalyst for change. In the depths of grief, I discovered how to elevate my current fitness practices by diving deeper into spiritual practices. Meet Your Guide

Heyyyy, I'm Ursula! I’m your wellness warrior coach, with certifications in personal trainer, Kundalini yoga and degrees in psychology and mental health counseling. I’m grateful for my education, but the golden ticket for me in creating a life of ease, increased health and clarity is my life experience. 

Over the last 13 years, I’ve been helping women find the warrior within themselves through finding strength in their struggles. They've learned how to set boundaries, exercise to feel good and the tools they need to reconnect with the girl inside of themselves that’s ready to be SET FREE so they can exude radiance, confidence and live a lifestyle where they have time with family and friends but also carve in time for themselves.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will the workouts take me?

The workouts will take you 15 minutes or less. 

What if I can’t perform the workout exercises? 

The workout videos will showcase the exercises as well as modifications for all levels. 

What is Kundalini Yoga?

Kundalini yoga offers movement, breathwork and meditation in one 60 minute session. It is known as the yoga of awareness and is meant for all levels.  

How long will each module take me? 

Each week will take you about 2.5 hours. You have 2-15 minute workouts, 1 60 minutes yoga session and a 10 minute daily meditation practice. The pre-recorded lesson videos with journal prompts are 15 minutes or less and your weekly LIVE group calls will last 30 minutes or less. You have access to all the videos on your platform, so you can schedule all of the above during a time that works best for you throughout the week. You don’t have to jam it all in one day, I don’t recommend that! Spread out that 2.5 hours throughout your week! 

What if I can’t make the LIVE Group Call?

No worries, the live group call will be recorded and uploaded to the module platform so you can watch it when it’s convenient for you!
